UNIVERSAL PRE-K
All children are eligible for 15 hours a week of preschool the year before they enter kindergarten.
Prop EE was passed by Colorado voters in 2020 creating a tax on liquid nicotine products that is being used to fund Universal Pre-K for all children in Colorado. If your child is one year away from kindergarten (based on your school district's cutoff date), he/she is eligible to receive a minimum of 15 hours weekly of free Pre-K (subject to availability of participating programs)
