All 4 year-olds are eligible for free Pre-K
Prop EE was passed by Colorado voters in 2020 creating a tax on liquid nicotine products that is being used to fund Universal Pre-K for all children in Colorado. If your child will be 4 prior to 10/1/23, he/she is eligible to receive a minimum of 15 hours weekly of free Pre-K (subject to availability of participating programs)

Family applications will go live January 17. Please visit upk.colorado.gov to apply. Please be sure to contact the preschools as additional information will be needed to complete enrollment.
